Hi Vanja
In order to bank online and add payees to your account, you need a voice
reader (or card reader if sighted) that you put a card into, type in your
PIN, then it speaks a security set of numbers back to you that you have to
put into the PC when prompted - that's what I understand about it anyway.

I'm still waiting for mine. I rang the on line banking people about two
months ago and asked for a voice card reader. The lady didn't seem to
know what I was talking about and I got shifted from one department to
another and was finally told that they couldn't order me a voice reader
yet but would put on my record that I needed one. I'm still waiting.
Maybe it's time for another phone call me thinks ! !
