[access-uk] using sound recorder

Hi.

Been experimenting with this and as expected Jaws kept coming through on my 
recordings.  It doesn't help that I only have the 1 sound card on this machine, 
and I was using the in-built mic, which wasn't that bad.  wondering how I can 
mute Jaws whilst in record mode, but bring it back for the saving bit.  any 
ideas?  I did try to keep hitting control, but it just made horrible loud 
noises.  Even when I get round to buying a better Mic, I'll still have this 
problem, though I guess not as bad.
