[access-uk] usb mobile sticks

Hi list,
I have a friend who has just installed a three usb mobile stick.
he says the shop gave him an activation code.
we used narater and managed to connect with his laptop on the three
website but, where does this activation code go?
wonder if anyone can help.
my friend though fully sighted does not anything about computers so
being at the other end of the phone it is very difficult and as I do
not know windows vista it is not easy.
any help much appreciated.
