John, you are so right. These companies will always tell you that they have the best product, but it is not always so.


It is much better for visually impaired people to know, what other blind folks are using,

Hi Billy this is what I am trying to find out.
with all this mobile stuff now it is difficult.
As I said in an earlier post as a totally blind person you have to think of not just the cost of these things but accessibility as well.
I have just installed skype 4 and it is much harder to use.
when I actually phone someone up from skype on my laptop it is near impossible to do this now. I think someone came back and said about creating hot keys but I must have a good look at it. if you ring individual companies they will say there's is the best and they know nothing about our access problems. it is very good of people to come on and say what they use.
