Hi Andy
Regrettable that is the hard bit, the time. To my knowledge nothing does it any quicker. It's a point worth looking at to find out if these 2 units will transcribe at copying speed. Be great if they do and would then be a more attractive proposition. Too late for me however as my waiting days for tapes to finish have been spent.

Hi Ibby - I only have Goldwave on here, and lots of books on cassette that
I'd love to digitalise; it's just the time it will take that puts me off
even getting started, as Goldwave, as far as I know, will only record at
double speed, and will take probably the rest of my life to transfer all the 
books <smile> Do other editing programmes do the same job as Goldwave at a
quicker speed? -
