My apologies, as you suggest, it isn't the same. Instead go to the
Contacts menu and select Save Contacts. It's about the 8th option down the
list.

Heres what you need to do...
Outlook Express:
Go to File, Export, Address Book and follow the wizard.
Messenger.
Go to File, Save Contacts List.
