<Smile> Hit and miss kind of experiment to be honest. I'd have to admit that I
was going to be put off the program cause of this little hiccups at first but
after playing with it for a little while things became alright. Talking of
hiccups, I'm still having problems in viewing the scan log files, anyone has a
word of wisdom? I'll start another thread with this question actually.

Cheers,

AmroB

Good one! How did you figure that out in the first place out of interest?

  Hi Sunil,

When you land on "Update" hit Control Tap and then use the arrow keys and
your space bar to select the operation you're after. That applies to the other
items of the program's control panel too.

Hope I understood your question right.

I'm accessing the program's control panel from the system tray and hitting
the enter key on 'update' but nothing is happening. I'm assuming there's an
option to check for updates manually so is nothing happening when I hit
'return' on 'update' or are options being displayed that Jaws won't read? I've
tried using the Jaws cursor but can't see any options to configure or check for
updates.
