I've never done this online. I can tell you though that unlocking a phone can range from between £7 and £10, unless you send it away to the network it is locked to, who will do it. They charge an arm and a leg though, anything between £20 and £30. My son has this phone, and it's fairly new, so you would need to make sure it can be unlocked at the moment. I would also be tempted to advise you to take it to a local shop if there is one around who will do it. We've got a guy in Kirkcaldy who does all that sort of stuff, which is useful if I needed that done.
