Hi Alex,

As I told you also, yes you do have to go to Webmail to do it. You only
need to do it once. But I am not sure where you go, as I am not a
BTInternet customer, but they do seem to block my domain for some reason.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] unblocking senders in a BTinternet account when the
account is being used via Outlook Express

Hi all,

I have a btinternet address and therefore a btinternet account.

When talking to Steve nutt the other day he told me that btinternet does not
like the comproom.co.uk part of his work e-mail address, consequently he
said I needed to unblock his address in blocked senders or some such area so
that he can safely send me e-mails and I can send them to him.

My questions are the following.

1. , as I use Outlook Express for e-mail rather than the btinternet web
mail, do I have to go on to the btinternet website to unblock Steve.

2. If so, does anyone know exactly where I need to go to do this.

Thank you all in advance.
