[access-uk] Re: tiscali server

There certainly seems to be a problem at present.  I am with Tiscali as
well, and I couldn't get onto the site either, although I am definitely
connected, and e-mail is coming through fine.  According to my records, the
e-mail address is pop.tiscali.co.uk.
