Eventually, yes but it's a sizable download even taking into account that
your PC will only get the parts it needs, this is all done automatically so
you don't have to worry whether you've got everything your PC requires or
not.

If you're on broadband you'll be OK but on dial up, it will take ages before
it's ready for installation.

Wally - If we don't install the SP2, but have automatics updates on, do you
think it will still get downloaded?

I downloaded the file at the address below and installed it. I'd just like
to take the opportunity to say that if you used this file to upgrade your
PC, that automatic updates doesn't seem to be smart enough to know that your
system is already upgraded to service pack 2 and will download the updates
again and ask you to install them.

You can of course say no to this but I just thought I'd let you know about
it.
