Hi Peter, Just tried unplugging for 10 minutes and replugging and my settings stayed on the Talker. All the best Steve -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Holdstock Sent: Sunday 31 October 2010 13:02 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: the sky talker How are you turning it off? It goes in to standby itself when you turn your sky box off. I've worked out that my settings stay unless I unplug the box in which case it resets, but I can't see why you'd want to unplug it as it only uses a tiny bit of power when in standby, if any at all. peter -------------------------------------------------- From: "John Gallagher" <john@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, October 31, 2010 12:29 PM To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [access-uk] the sky talker > Hi Wonder if there is a way to save your settings on the talker. > when I switch back on I have to keep turning the talker volume up. thanks. > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
