I asked the people at technical support to submit the comment when I rang
them but have not looked for a comment option in detail on the site.

  Cheers

Very true, is there a place for comments on there that would go to customer
services etc?

PS, think there's a customer service e mail address in some of the messages
they send out. Worth saying something do you think?

a lot of hassle that when you could just have an empty basket link as
exists on many websites.

I take it that they're items from an order you started and didn't
conclude?

If you've checked out you can go in to my account, grocery orders, shop
for this order and alter things that way.

If you wanted to do it quickly, why not check out and then cancel the
order.

          Hi all.

I have about 30 products in my basket at tesco and want to empty the
whole basket. apart from manually changing every entry to 0 quantity I can't
seem to find a way of doing this either on the accessible or the ordinary site.

          Anyone any ideas?

          Cheers
