Carol, when I think of how long I've been doing on line shopping with Tesco, I can't really say their service has been all that bad. Okay, so there was the out of date butter I mentioned the other day, but they refunded me for that. Substitutions have been pretty good and deliveries on time. In fact, my last three orders have been absolutely spot on with no substitutions ! ! ! I'd certainly give it a go. It certainly saves all that carrying !
