How about Mail Merge Usif. You can do this in Microsoft Word. I can't
remember off the top of my head but if nobody does respond, I will try and
recall how to do it.

Subject: [access-uk] templates in word2003

Hi all, I'm currently sending out a load of letters to various organisations
and I think it would be easier if I could just set up a template so that I
don't have to keep writing my address, telephone numbers and email, then
right justifying it. I thought there was a way of setting up a template like
this, but can't find it in word. Can anyone offer any advice?

Cheers
Yusuf
