Would, if I knew how. I can press escape when I think it kicks in, and that's all I know how to do. Would like to be able to try it without it coming up at all.

Hi Carol,
Can you try disabling your download manager and tell me what happens? It is 
not designed for download managers to interfere <Smile>.

Sorry, I've been asleep a few times since doing this and finding the
solution and had completely forgotten that I reached the conclusion it was
probably because I had a download manager kicking in and it was grabbing the
download and waiting for response from me. Anyway, that's about as far as I 

got with it.

Sorry if I have confused things,  Peter, but there is certainly a Begin
button
on the page where you here the announcement "Welcome to System
access to Go".  Activating that quickly leads to a dialogue of the normal
type asking whether you wish to run the downloaded software.  Alt R
activates the latter..
