Hi Graham,
I was just about to ask the same question. I was wondering how one can make
the assumption that the registry is at fault. It ain't necessarily so.

Hi Graham,
I have checked the system with spybot search and destroy and can not find
any spyware.
Having tried to read the error that comes up, I am certain that the problem
is in the registry, hence my original post.
