[access-uk] strange site

Okay everyone here is a challenge for you.  This site is coming up in a foreign 
language on one of my computers.  It is okay on the other one, but the one I 
use 
most days is not in English.  Has anyone got an idea why?  Thanks in advance, I 
am sure there is an expert out there with the answer.  Using JFW 4.51 with Win 
XP.
