Iain - I too have noticed this. Non of this bothers me, and I understand what Clive is saying, but it still seems strange and a bit anomalous to me -

It often seems to be the same people who are never in the office. My view of this is that they don't do any harm. Regards, Clive Clive Lever Diversity Advisor 01622 221163 (extension 7000 1163) Room 1.15, Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ. I did raise the question as to how we could stop this happening, but I believe there is little we can do about it. Just hit the delete button and don't worry unduly. One I get quite often, for example, is from Robin Spinks. It turns out that Robin often works away from his desk, and when I found this out, it didn't seem strange any more. It did appear weird when he was just a name to me. Best, Clive Clive Lever Diversity Advisor 01622 221163 (extension 7000 1163) Room 1.15, Sessions House, County Hall, Maidstone, ME14 1XQ. Am I alone in this, or is there a setting I should adjust to stop this happening? Not a major problem, just a bit strange.
