[access-uk] Re: stand by

Try changing the option in either Toshiba Power Saver or the Power Options applet in Control Panel. HTH

how do you stop a laptop from going into immediate stand by  when the
battery gets low? before it used to give a warning that the battery was low
and to switch to the mains but now it just goes into stand by and switches
off. I must have accidentally changed an option somewhere. it's a Toshiba
