Sounds as if you're having a similar problem to the one I had several weeks
ago.  I've pasted below the reply from this list which helped me resolve the
problem....

Hi,

You don't need to download narator, it's already there as a part of XP.  All
you need to do is press together start and U and narator should pop up.
BTW,
another way of installing spybot without unloading jaws is to use
compatabilitty mode. Wrightclick on .exe file, click on propertties, find
compatabilitty
tab, there you should check the first checkbox that says something like "run
this program in compatibilitty mode for", tab once and you'll see a combo
box, from there choos windows 98/me, then tab to apply button, then hit OK
button.  Now spybot should install fine with jaws running.  It definitely
worked
for me.
