[access-uk] soundforge v8

Hello,
I would be very grateful if somebody could please tell me how to extract
regions. I am using Soundforge version 8. I created regions the way I used
to do in Soundforge version 5 but in this version 8 I could not find the
extract regions button.
I have Windows xp and Window-Eyes.
