Thanks Damon, but do remember I'm using version 7 of SF, so placement of 
options, where they
exist, could be different.  Nonetheless,  earlier versions shouldn't be 
substantially
different, or so I'd have thought.

ray you're a total star. I'll look forward to playing with these options
tomorrow morning. Much appreciated. Didin't even know this kind of thing
