No I think Billy they've probably gone over to Virgin Media with everyone else who were on Telewest. I just can't afford their prices so I'm staying put for now. And even if I could afford them, I'm not encouraging it.

Ah Billy you mean good old Mr Branson? Each time I think of that man or hear him on the news, I always think of those Virgin Experience days where you can ride in a hot-air balloon. Think I'd need to be persuaded to do that, but anyway that's my image of him for some odd reason (chuckle).
I'm sure they call themselves Telewest over our way still as our neighbour next door has it, but I'll have a look.

I don't like capping either, but for a fiver a month, I can't see even us three using 40GB.
We have Telewest in our area, which is the equivalent. Haven't looked into their prices lately. I know with Sky that we need a BT landline for the ADSL service.

Jackie, don't you have Virgin Media in your area?.
I must admit it has been years since I first looked into Sky, and that time it was pretty expensive, and you had to have a BT line going into your home. 
Don't you need such a BT line anymore?.

The only thing I don't like about Sky broadband, is the monthly cap.
With Virgin Media there is no monthly capping,
