[access-uk] sky and jaws:

hi listers using sky as there email client.
a friend on mine who isn't on this list has just gone over to sky and is having 
the following 2 problems.
when he loads sky broadband, he is asked for a user name and password. he is 
unable to enter these with jaws switched on his wife has to do this for him. 
not very satisfactory i am sure we agree on that. how can he get round this 
problem.
his second problem is when he loads his email client he is having difficulty 
creating,  reading and sending emails.
please can the listers using sky, Jacky *smile* help please.
