Here is a quote from someone that works fro them.
"Over the past few years we have made a consistent effort to reduce the
cost of access technology. For example the cost of your Braille display is
now LESS THAN HALF what you paid for it. However these cost reductions come
at a price. As a company we can no longer afford to deliver free training."
I was not asking for free training, but rather, was asking can they make
extra training time available (without extra cost) for the deafblind.
I was making the point that if there were 2 people wanting training,
one deafblind, other hearing blind, if they both receive same amount of
train time, the hearing blind would receive more training than the
deafblind because communication is clearly quicker for the hearing blind.
