Hi Tink,

Don't hold your breath! I raised this issue with them about three years ago.
Clearly nothing's changed since then.

I was offered the opportunity to book my delivery slot over the phone before
ordering my goods.

Needless to say, I declined this offer on the grounds that they were either
offering me an internet shopping opportunity or not and that being unable to
book a delivery slot was a serious failure in such an enterprise. They
clearly haven't grasped this simple point so they continue to lose business.
