thanks Steve. This does seem to work for reading fonts but I don't think style
changes are read automatically, unless there is a setting I can change to make
this happen.

Cheers

  Hi Graham,

Para style should be read automatically, as far as I know. As for font, try
Control-Modifier-Numpad 5.

  All the best

  Steve

Hi steve and any others who use System Access to go.

I have been playing with this and find it works very well indeed in Word and
Outlook in particular. I was wondering though if there is any keystroke to
determine font and formatting of the text at the cursor and/or the paragraph
style. I can't find the keystroke but I accept I could well just be looking in
the wrong part of the help file.

  Cheers

  Graham
