Hi Steve,
 
I tried the new "friendly" link a few times yesterday and each time it
logged me out of the site.  so, although I could get the TV listings, I
still couldn't use Remote Record.
 
Hope others have had more success.

Hi Martin,
 
I have also found out that they are working on making the new version
accessible, so this is only a temporary solution, but a welcome one, as the
old version was accessible.

new Accessible TV Listings site 

*       From the new Accessible TV Listings site there will be a link back
to the old version of the online EPG
