Hi Terry.
This is one of the many reasons I use a dongle to authorize jaws on my system.
Sure, it takes up a USB port, but that's nothing to the pain, suffering and
inconvenience I've had to endure with frequent reset requests and long on hold
calls to FS's technical support in America.
All the best, Ibrahim.

Subject: [access-uk] Re: replacement keyboard , now jaws licensing issue
Hi
Is there any reason why my dam screen reader knocks out my license when I
plugged in a wireless keyboard into the laptop? I really get annoyed with the
jfw licensing problem, as I didn't have my authorisation number to hand, and
had to use jfw in demo mode for a few days.
Why does jfw knock out its own license when plugging in some types of new
hardware, and not with some others. e.g. If I plug in a usb stick, or an
external hard drive, its fine, but upgrade the memory, or like now, and
external wireless keyboard, and you have to end up re-authorising the blumin
programme.
thanks.

Hi Terry,
These guys appear to have one for £24. It's a long URL so if it wraps, it
should end in id=572
http://www.laptop-accessories.us/product_info.php?language=en¤cy=GBP&products_id=572

Hi George
I did in deed, but with no look. I can see the sites you are referring to,
but when I checked them, they didn't actually have ethe keyboard for the Q210.

Hi Terry,
Did you try Googling for
Samsung Q210 keyboard.
Loads of UK hits came up - all claiming to have stock. (I was pleasantly
surprised at the costs too.)
George.

Hi all
Apologies for off topic request.
I've been looking on the net for a replacement keyboard for my Samsung Q210,
but can't find any websites companies that sell them.
Does anyone know of a good site where I could possibly buy a replacement
keyboard from. I have come across a couple, but they don't stock the one I
need.
Thanks for any help.

Many thanks for this Steve. I'd better contact my hosting company then to
help me with creating a deleted items folder; that would be ideal. BTW,
apparently it's Alt N to choose the email account you're sending from in
Outlook 2003. Thanks again.

Hi Amro,
Let's take your questions one at a time below:-
1. How can I choose what email account I'm sending a message from? In OE
it's Alt 1 twice quickly...
Press Alt-=A and you will get a dropdown list of accounts.
2. Where in Outlook do I configure the purge of deleted messages options
for IMAP accounts?
You manually purge, Alt-E for edit, then G for Purge I believe. I say I
believe, because I now have 2007.
3. In the IMAP accounts I created in Outlook there're no deleted items
folder. So how do I show the deleted items folders for IMAP accounts? BTW, even
in OE I can't figure how to show the deleted items folders for IMAP accounts.
They need to be created on your server. If they are not there, they won't be
shown.
All the best
Steve
