Hi Linda

 

This might work:

 

With your cursor somewhere in the text in columns, go into Format with Alt+o

Press c to get into the columns menu.

The focus will land in number of columns, so just Arrow down to 1 and hit
enter.

Hi all
I have coppied and pasted some text from a website into a word document, it
seems to be in column format.  Is there a way I can get rid of the columns
and have it in continuous lines?
