Hi
I have a friend who has windows XP Pro on her computer and jaws for windows
pro also.
I want to have the ability to control and carry out work on her computer
remotely. Can people please give their experience and say if they have had
success doing this using jaws? Is using the remote desktop part of windows
the best way of dealing with this situation, or are there any other tools I
could use instead which are effective from an access technology perspective?
I do have the remote access module as part of my jaws licence so if I need
to go down that route, I can do once I acquire the knowledge of how to set
up both computers to work together.
Any thoughts would be welcome, thanks. In addition, any resources people can
point me to which can let me know the steps necessary to set up both
computers, that would be great.
