[access-uk] recording radio shows

Dear All,

I would like to record some radio shows to listen to on my computer or cd
player. I cannot work out how to do this, I can get the radio show to play
using bbc radio player and listen again but do not know how to save it to my
computer. I have real player installed as well but do not know how to record
shows using it. Can anyone tell me what to do or point me to an idiots
guide? I am using JAWS6.2 and usually want to record radio 4 programmes to
listen to again.
