Hi Simon,
You could checkout Replay A-V from
http://www.applian.com
. It's reasonably accessible and records by capturing the stream direct
from the internet, rather than through your sound card, although you can do
it that way if you wish. Recordings can also be scheduled. There is a
quite comprehensive list of radio stations in the built in media guide but
you can add stations manually if not in the list. When the recording is
finished, you tell Replay A-V which format you want it converted to and
where you would like the recording saved. The process is completely
automatic. There's a mailing list for the program if you wanted to find out
about it. To subscribe, send a blank message to:
blindreplay-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the word subscribe in the subject line.
Cheers,
Sandra.
