Hi list, i want to thank the people who tried to help me with their
messages. since i received those messages, something strange
happened. when i opened skype today, it asked if i wanted to upgrade,
which was odd, as i was supposed to be using the latest skype.
irefused the upgrade, but decided to install the skype file, which i
still had. after installing, i found that my contact list had
returned. so, all is well this end. thanks again, brian.
