I have seen this phone. If you are really scared of this kind of technology or you want it for someone who is, perhaps someone who has recently lost site, you could consider this phone but it is very limited indeed. Last time I looked, you could send texts with it but not if they were over 160 characters long as the phone cannot join messages. The phone has a phonebook but no way of backing it up or synchronising it with any other contacts manager such as Outlook. the phone can also be used for making calls but that is about it.
