[access-uk] re nod32

Hi chris, thanks for your message. i have checked the regional languages on my computer, and the only one i have is u k english. also, i have installed quite a lot of programmes since i got this new machine, and none of them came up in german. so i don't know what the trouble is. anyway, thanks for answering. brian.
