[access-uk] Re: putting in a bookmark in a notepad document

Hi JOhn

There is also notetab which you can buy for around $19 from www.notetab.com
which will allow you to set bookmarks. Also if you are running a relativley
recent version of JAWS, you can open your text documents in Internet Explorer
and use the JAWS place markers feature.

not other than typing in a unique string which you can later search for using
screenreader quick find or similar EG a string of 4 or 5 letter q's or x's or
stars.
or back up the file so that you have an archive copy and a live copy and
delete text from the live copy as you go so that you are always at the start of
unread text when you re open the file.
