not other than typing in a unique string which you can later search for
using screenreader quick find or similar EG a string of 4 or 5 letter
q's or x's or stars.
or back up the file so that you have an archive copy and a live copy and
delete text from the live copy as you go so that you are always at the
start of unread text when you re open the file.
