the problem is that a lot of the specialist companies in the UK are small 
businesses who can't afford the hit if agreements go wrong.  though I agree the 
opportunity would be a good thing.

  All the specialist companies other than the RNIB don't offer easy pay or to 
pay on HP so this precludes many sales, I would think.

  Do you think, like me, that this is wrong and something should be done to 
change this?
