OK. Providing your laptop has an fn key, hold that key down and hit the slash key to simulate a left mouse click and the 0 key to simulate a right click. Hope that helps. Alternatively, you can switch to the JAWS laptop layout and use, I think, alt 8 for the left mouse button and alt 9 for the right.
