First of all, the number I have had success with when calling special needs is 08700 733222 not sure if this is still the best number to call. Secondly, you can use a sound editor such as Goldwave available from www.goldwave.com to edit wav files or even midi files which can often be downloaded free. The JFWLite site is back up so go there and choose the programs link. you will find download links for goldwave and scripts there. the program costs about £30 I believe and there are also some tutorials produced by John Wilson available free for you to work with. Most ring tone sites tend to be frighteningly expensive for what they offer. I am trying to register for vodaphone mail so that I can then open an account with another site which can then let me create ringtones and this second site will then send them to my phone. However, When I get about half way through the registration page for Vodafone mail, one of those word verification things stops me in my tracks. There is no audio equivalent. I've tried contacting Vodafone special needs department but I have been told by customer services that the Special Needs department is in the process of moving at present and it looks as if no-one can help with my problem. My question is has anyone on either of these lists managed to register successfully for Vodafone Mail and if so how? Thank you in advance for your replies.
