Hi Carol

I can't really remember that, but if it were hid then surely no other devices 
would find it? Might try reinstalling the router on the PC as nothing else 
seems to work.

  Did you unhid your SSID on your router so that your phone would see this to 
start with.  Once you've first connected, you can then re-hide.
