[access-uk] Re: problem with pdf file

I am so surprised about that Jim as I am an Open University student and receive masses of PDF files. Was it one especially engineered for you as someone who cannot manage print material? Would the message you are getting have anything to do with Adobie's Accessability Set-up. I would be happy to look at the file if it is not private and confidential if you would like to send to me off list at eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "jim mcauslan" <jim.mcauslan@xxxxxxx>

Subject: [access-uk] problem with pdf file

Hi List,

I received a pdf file from the open university but when I go to open it I get an "alert, protection failure" message. Does anyone know what this problem is and how I can access this file?
