Hi,
I do not think the protection failure is due to accessibility settings. If
this is happening as soon as you open the file, the accessibility check may
not have had time to run if not set to automatic. Most likely it is a
security issue. This can be fixed.
IF you wished to send me the file off list, I too would be happy to look
into it for you. Alternatively, if Eleanor's already been able to get to
the bottom of the problem, that's grand.
