Hi Alex

What error message are you getting?  Does it happen as soon as you press 
enter after typing the user name and password, or after you press enter a 
second time to try and start  playing the file?  Have you allowed Audible 
Manager through your firewall?  Do you have caps lock on or something?  Can 
you successfully log in to the website by logging out and then logging back 
in again?  Also, try closing and restarting audible Manager.
