Hi all, I appologise for sending to both lists, but there is some information on www.benefitsandwork.org.uk in there members download section which I would appreciate getting hold of urgently. I'm already registered to receive e-mails from www.benefitsandwork.co.uk However, as a result of a message I received from that website today, I would like to subscribe in order to access information within the members area, and this is where I'm having an access problem. In order to subscribe, I need to access PayPal, which would not be a problem if I could remember my PayPal password, but I've forgotten it, and although I've tried to create a new one, and thought I'd succeeded, PayPal have made the process both difficult and partially inaccessible. Firstly they want me to create a password which I do not use on any other websites. This would not be a problem except that they want it to contain up to 8 characters which must be a mixture of upper and Lower case letters, figures and symbols, thus making it difficult for me to remember. Secondly, PayPal have a visual verification on the page where one is offered the option of creating a new password, and although I succeeded in changing my password once, when I forgot it and tried again, I couldn't see the visual verification clearly, and there is no audio option for the verification. Therefore I am finding it difficult to subscribe to the downloads section of www.benefitsandwork.org.uk Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish the subscription process successfully online, or any suggestions of how I might alert PayPal to the inaccessibility of their visual verification and suggest that they should implement an audio verification system?
