Hi Saq,
If you are using Outlook and you have Outlook set to use MS Word as an email
editor. Turn it off. I've also heard that using Outlook express will work
better. You can also subscribe at the access-uk website at the following
URL:
//www.freelists.org/list/access-uk

Hi. there is another reason why Free-lists would behave in this way. 
You must make sure your signature settings are turned off or you can also
get a message telling you that signature was detected. It's just something
else you should take account of.
