Assuming that you don't want one of those all singing, all dancing models
that do everything except make the tea, I would recommend an HP laserjet
printer. Mine is a 2010, which I think may be superceded by something like
2020 now. It is a compact little unit which doesn't take up too much room.
When not in use the paper tray folds away. It is plug and play, and I don't
recall having to install any drivers. Obviously you have to set it up from
control panel, but I think that was pretty automatic too. I prefer
laserjets, as you don't get ink all over you if you forget to leave the
paper to dry for a little while. The print quality is very good.

Subject: [access-uk] printers

Hi

I think I need to buy a new printer as for some reason my Epson C86 has
stopped printing. It goes through the motions but it is not squirting out
the ink.
Could anyone give me some advice on what make and model printers are good
and accessible.

Thanks

Debbie
