Thanks a lot Sandra. I've done all that and it's still not working (I think it's something to do with my side bars in BT Yahoo). I can't quite work it out yet and it's prooving to be more trouble than it's worth!

Usually, by default, cookies are enabled but if for some reason they're not, in internet explorer go to tools with alt t and then o for options. Go to the privacy tab and make sure that the check box which says, override automatic handling of cookies, is unchecked. Then, whenever internet explorer encounters a request for a cookie, it will automatically be saved. Trust Real to moan about something! I hate real player.
